Sustainability has gone from being a nice-to-have to becoming central to retail strategy, as environmental issues have crept from the edges of consumer consciousness to being considered in everyday life.

As a result, every retailer should be reviewing their operations through the lens of sustainability and this is the backdrop against which all of us will navigate our careers.

Safia Minney is the founder of sustainable fashion label People Tree and will share her journey through sustainable design, supply chains, reporting and thought leadership. She will talk about the climate emergency and how sustainable leadership and living is becoming the new norm.
