We all know that a healthy mind makes for a confident and productive human being. But how do we ensure our work environment enables us to feel healthy of mind? This session will explore the need for psychological flexibility in the workplace and will make it clear that it's everyone’s individual responsibility to tackle their own mental health. You’ll learn how to understand triggers that may hinder your healthy outlook and performance at work as well as how to set boundaries and develop your psychological flexibility.
