Join us as we kick off a Wednesday of wellbeing with an uplifting performance from a wonderful guest.

Meditation is a simple practice open to all. Anyone can learn, and nailing the technique gives you a life-long tool to enhance your overall wellbeing. It can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly.

Here, Will Williams, Founder of Beeja Meditation, will lead us all through a guided meditation, and get us started on a path toward greater equanimity, acceptance and joy. Take a deep breath and get ready to relax and ease yourself into the day.

Will recommends that you have somewhere comfortable to sit for the meditation, and humbly requests you avoid coffee for 90 minutes prior to the meditation so you can have a much deeper experience - the meditation will give you plenty of energy to brighten up your day.
