A Board level executive with experience in growth and turnaround businesses. Aged 44 Hash is married, has two children, lives in Sussex and works in London. A Law graduate from the University of Wales.
In 1995, he joined Arcadia Group and held Marketing roles in various brands, including Topman, Evans, Dorothy Perkins and Bhs. In 2001 he was appointed Marketing Controller at Austin Reed. In 2003 Hash joined New Look as Business Development Director and launched menswear, and was later promoted to Marketing Director at New Look at the age of 28. Part of the MBO team New Look was delisted from the LSE.
He joined ASOS.com as Marketing & Operations Director in 2007 and was a key member of the team which grew the business from £40m to £270m in just three years.
In 2010 he was appointed Group Multichannel Director at Aurora the group which ran Karen Millen, Oasis, Warehouse and Coast. Growing the on line business across the group significantly, he also lead award winning initiatives such as 90 minute delivery and ship from store.
In January 2012 he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director of Oasis and in May 2013 promoted to COO of Oasis, accountable for retail, online, international, wholesale, customer experience, marketing & creative, property and store design. In 2014 Hash became COO of Warehouse in addition to Oasis managing all consumer channels.
In 2018 Hash was appointed CEO of the group and leads two dynamic brand teams and the central group functions.
He was formerly on the advisory board at Farfetch.com & is currently and investor and advisor to Urban.com
